iMantras Announces EMBRE FileAccess 2.1

iMantras has released EMBRE FileAccess 2.1 which extends the business functionality and modular design offered in previous versions. iMantras’s document management system, EMBRE FileAccess (EFA), is a web-based system that provides controlled, secure access to documents for users within the organization and selected business partners.

In this version, iMantras provides a powerful indexing and searching facility. This enables users to categorize documents and add attributes to them. Documents can then be searched on any of the attributes. The result list ensures documents listed are only those the user can access and maintains correct access control.
