  Document management technology has promised many obvious benefits of capturing the intellectual property residing in the form of unstructured documents in all organizations. However, many document management systems are complex, time-consuming, and costly to deploy and maintain. Some document management initiatives have not recognized the need for document management to be integrated with users' every day processes, systems and practices of collaboration.

  

This person will be responsible for software engineering as part of the product development team. Working closely with other members of the consulting and development team, this person will have the opportunity to grow into undertaking detailed design activities.

* 6+ years in IT with a relevant graduate degree
* 4+ years designing/developing Oracle based applications
* Sound hands-on experience in using PL/SQL, Forms 9i/10G, Reports 9i/10G
* Exposure to Oracle Designer and Oracle 9i/10G
* Experience in 9iAS, 10G AS & Unix platform - desirable
* Experience in 9iAS, 10G AS & Unix platform - desirable
* Insurance or Reinsurance application domain knowledge - desirable
* Motivated professionals with a graduate degree and excellent teamwork skills
